MENDIP MUDDLE 2003

Organised by Weston AC. The Mendip Muddle is a 20km multi-terrain race. The route is tough (there is 420m of climb), but very interesting, set in some of the finest scenery in the West Country. There are Roman lead mines, underground rivers, a nature reserve, open moorland, potholes, an ancient rabbit warren, an Iron Age fort, deciduous and conifer forest, and prehistoric tumuli.
This year's race takes place on Sunday 12th October 2003, starting at 11:00am.

Organised by Weston AC. This is an annual series of 9 five-mile races covering two laps of the Weston-super-Mare promenade. Races take place on the third Thursday of each month. Start time is 7:30pm. The first race is scheduled for Thursday, 18th September 2003. Click here for Entry Form.
Please note that this year we have a new venue for the Base Camp. As from September's race it's now at the CABOT BARS on the seafront opposite the finish point. The use of the bars are available, but no showers unfortunately.

Weston Prom Run Series 2003-2004

The Prom Run Series begins again on Thursday, 18th September 2004. This is an annual series of 9 five-mile races covering two laps of the famous Weston-super-Mare promenade. Races take place on the third Thursday of each month. Start time is 7:30pm. All standards of runner take part, so don't be put off if you are a new runner.

Please note that this year we have a new venue for the Base Camp. As from September's race it's now at the CABOT BARS on the seafront opposite the finish point. We have a separate large room overlooking the lawns and facing the Winter Gardens. So the use of the bars are available, but no showers unfortunately.
