The first night run is planned for Thurs 10th november from The Sidcot Arms, Sidcot meeting at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.

As its the first one of the season we have planned a gentle introduction to the joys
of off road running in the dark.

A set of winter training orientated sessions will commence on Saturday November 5th.

Please be advised that the Muddle is now FULL and there will be NO, repeat NO, entries on the day. We are sorry to disappoint you if you were hoping to enter!

Many thanks to the club members, friends and family who have volunteered to assist with the Muddle organisation this year. Below is a link to the list of the volunteers and the tasks that have been allocated. I have tried to spread the load as best I can but I am bound to have made mistakes somewhere so please check it and report any issues to me by using the email link below.

Volunteers are asked to bring their mobiles to the event but reception is patchy at best. I have not included mobile numbers in this document but they will be available on race day.

I will be in touch on an individual basis where possible to ensure all helpers know their role. Race marshals around the course are requested to report to Ian Purnell in the Charterhouse Centre to pick up hi-viz bibs and radios (if applicable) from 8.30am onwards.
