There were 241 finishers for this race.
It was a cold and dry evening but good for running (if you like that sort of thing). 24 Runners came in under 30 minutes and 6 of those WAC - well done to all.

The next Prom Race in the Series 2013-2014 is on Thursday 24th April 2014. Online and paper entry forms are available using the links below or via the Prom Run page, but please be advised that On-Line entries for April's race close on Tuesday 22nd April .

You may have noticed that we are now generating some regular positive coverage in the local media which highlights the fantastic achievements of our club members. Often these reports are accompanied by photos of club members.

Due to the deadlines for the local paper it isn't possible to check first with the featured members if they are happy for their names or photos to appear in the reports each week.

So, with immediate effect, if any club member would prefer not to feature in the reports, either their name, their photo, or both, it is their responsibility to notify the club using the email link below. The media team will then be asked to exclude that member's details, as requested, from future reports both in media reports and social media club posts.

The club cannot, however, prevent any third-party coverage of that member - e.g. if someone else posts photos on social media, or if someone else (individual or media) covers an event, as these activities are beyond the club's control.
