Thank you to all those who contacted me regarding the TTG. The group is now full, but there is a possibility of a second group being set up. The first session will be on the 28th May at Hutton Moor 7.00pm.

I am thinking of setting up a training group through the summer months. We will meet as normal on a Thursday at Hutton Moor 7.00pm. These sessions will comprise of a couple of miles warm-up, a core element and then a couple of miles warm-down followed by a stretch. As much as I try to be as inclusive as possible, I am afraid I can only open this up to those members currently running in groups 1 & 2. There will be led warm up groups leaving Hutton Moor a few minutes after 7.00pm. For those of you not running the 5kH/cap, there will also be a reps session on the back field at Hutton Moor from 7.00pm. JT.
