| Notes | Thank you everyone. The race has sold out in less than a week! If you missed out it is definitely worth joining the waiting list on FullOnSport as places often become available. Due to the unexpected popularity of this race, in addition to free transfers we will now offer a partial refund of £5 if you are no longer able to run and you cancel your race entry by 1st January 2017. We therefore urge any runner who is unable to race to cancel their entry through the full on sport website before January 1st, to qualify for the partial refund and give waiting list runners the best chance of taking part. If you have a runner ready to run in your place, you can also transfer your entry to them without penalty using your account on the Full on sport site. | ||

Now with chip timing. Cut off time is 2 hours. There is a sweep runner and you will be advised to stop and ask for a lift back if we think your finish time will exceed 2 hours.Then you may only proceed at your own risk. This is to limit the exposure of our marshals who might still be cheerful, but will have been standing for a long time while you are moving. Minimum age is 17. Race HQ (where you collect your race number) is at the Mundy Playing Fields, Thornbury, a short walk from car parking at Rock St Car Park, BS35 2FH or Castle St Car Park, BS35 2BQ, see car parking map. Please share cars where you can to minimise traffic. There are no parking facilities available at Mundy Playing fields. Allow time to collect your number and walk 10 minutes to the start. Mundy Playing Fields offers changing facilities, bag storage (the club accept no responsibility for missing/damage to items within bags) and showers with limited hot water. There are also tea, coffee and cakes. These are offered free to runners, but please bring money to donate to the club’s annual charity. Prizes – First 3 overall (M,F), First veterans 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70. – Team Prizes: men, 4 to score and women, 3 to score.
