Training

From this week the Tuesday night Interval Training session moves to the beach. We continue to meet at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre 7pm.
Thursday this week will also see the start of our winter training schedule. We meet at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre 7pm for an 8 Mile Road Run.

Unfortunately the socks supplier for the Mendip Muddle has gone out of business and it has not been possible to find another supplier. We still have 50 pairs of socks left over from last year, but we have arranged for beanie hats to be given out this year.

Social Off-Road Run

Please note change of venue for the social run this Thursday (8th). We will meet by the car park near Westcliff above Birnbeck Pier. Car park is pay-and-display or alternatively plenty of road spaces along South Road. Drinks afterwards in the Claremont Vaults. Not at The Castle in Kewstoke as previously advertised.
