We are celebrating 25 years of Weston Prom Runs this coming series. Should any athlete brake the course record during the series (Sep 2007 to May 2008) we will give them a one off £100 cash reward. Interval Training

Our regular Interval Training session is held on the beach during the winter months (starting from Tuesday, 18th September). The main group meets at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre and heads off towards the beach at 7pm. Members not wishing to run the warm-up can meet on the beach, just south of the Grand Pier at about 7:15pm. The beach is partly illuminated by lights on the prom and pier, but a good head torch may be useful.

Thank you to all those who have entered the Muddle so far. Entries are now coming in thick and fast, especially after the mention the race got in this month's edition of Runner's World. To date we have had 63 entries (14 Female and 49 Male). There is an upper entry limit and so entries on the day (October 14th) cannot be guaranteed, so if you are thinking of entering please do so sooner rather than later.
