| Notes | The usual Tuesday Training is replaced by a night of alternative exercise, so don't come expecting a few intervals and a run. For those not aware, the club gets allocated a number of entries for the London Marathon. Nearer the day Malcolm will be asking for those people who would like to run the Marathon and whether or not you have run it before and whether you entered and were rejected. If successful you still have to pay the entry fee but you have a guarranteed place !! | ||
