We return to the Pier to celebrate our achievements of 2013 and present awards to club members in our annual award ceremony. Every club member can bring a partner, family member or friend along (over 16 only), and at GBP15 per person for a 3 course meal and some wine it is a bargain. So come along and enjoy music, dinner, awards and disco, plus one or two other treats. The evening is kindly subsidised by the Club in recognition of the effort everyone voluntarily puts into the running of this successful club. So come along for a great night with no sweaty lycra! Full money and menu choices should be given to Dave or Lesley Cowell on advertised club nights between now and 7 February (no money, no dinner ). Cash or Cheques ( made payable to Weston AC and cashed after the dinner ) is acceptable. The menu is as follows.... Starters: Oven Baked Filled Mushrooms with Garlic Herb and cream cheese with mixed leaf garnish (v) Roasted Butternut Squash with Lemon Thyme Oil Soup Mains: Herb Crusted Fillet of Salmon served with green pesto pasta ribbons and parmesan shaving Pot Roasted Chicken Supreme served with chasseur sauce ( mushroom, tomato and red wine Goats Cheese Wellington (v) Puddings: Banoffee Pie and Cream Home made Bread and butter pudding served with traditional creme anglaise Cheese and Biscuits & Coffee | ||
